Analysis Pengaruh Fun, Enjoyment, Service Quality dan Quality System Factors of e-Learning System terhadap Student Satisfaction and Student Loyalty Setelah Pandemi Covid-19

Pandemi covid berdampak pada semua aspek, termasuk aspek pembelajaran. Penggunaan E-Learning sebagai media Learning Management System (LMS) sangat penting untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Ditemukan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan inkonsistensi dari hasil pembelajaran yang menggunakan LMS terhadap kepuasan siswa. Pada penelitian sebelumnya belum ditemukan faktor – faktor seperti enjoyment, fun, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas sistem. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden berjumlah 146 orang, dengan teknik strukturan equation model partial least squear (SEM PLS 3.0). Penelitian menemukan 2 (fun dan satisfaction) variabel yang signifikan dan 3 (enjoyment, service quality dan system quality) variabel yang tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan model pembelajaran LMS dan pengembangan layanan pembelajaran LMS. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk para akademisi dan institusi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengawasan terhadap mutu pendidikan pada bidang e-learning di sektor pendidikan.

3. Author Online Use
Personal Servers. If you are a nonprofit or charitable organization, your use of an NC-licensed work could still run afoul of the NC restriction, and if you are a for-profit entity, your use of an NC-licensed work does not necessarily mean you have violated the term.
